Freshers, where will you find
your jobs now? This question arises in most of the candidates who
have just passed out from the college and looking for a job on
different job portal website.
After a long time of job search they do not find a job instead just
wasting their valuable time in polishing their resume and applying
for every job they find. But, this is not the correct way. Technology
is rapidly changing, so candidates should follow the change as there
is a dramatic change in recruitment with effective change in job
search strategy.

with different job categories having the job vacancies on job portal
website but unable to get the response or always have to wait for
the response. Why?
